Dulwich Wood Avenue
A new detached house on a tight garden site in south London, designed by 31/44 Architects and built by ATLANT. An in-situ concrete frame, complex brickwork and a full bespoke fit-out.

Planning the build
A clear programme, early orders for long-lead items, and the right specialist subcontractors secured before we start on site.

Construction
One point of responsibility from piling and frame to finishes, with regular site meetings and progress reports.

Coordination
Specialists, consultants and the design team managed as one joined-up team, so every trade arrives at the right time.

Handover & aftercare
Snagging, O&M manuals and warranty inspections, so the house works as well in year five as on day one.

Exceptional houses are made in the details. Every junction, finish and line is set out, checked and completed with the same care, from the structure to the last cabinet door.
Much of our bespoke joinery, from staircases to wine cellars, is made by our sister company, ATLANT Joinery.
