A new family home situated beside ancient woodland in East Sussex, replacing a 1950s bungalow.
The project involved two timber-clad barn forms in SIPs construction, connected by a zinc-roofed link, with the entire south-west gable glazed behind vertical timber louvres.
Working in collaboration with Theis + Khan Architects, ATLANT provided full construction services, including precisely detailed timber cladding and a full joinery package completed by our sister company, ATLANT Joinery.
The result is a sustainable 4 bedroom house with vaulted ceilings, a gallery study, an air source heat pump and solar PV.
