New build · East Sussex
South CliffTN39
A new luxury beachside house in Bexhill-on-Sea.
The project involved the demolition of an existing bungalow and creation of a new basement with 3 storeys above ground.
Working in collaboration with RX Architects, ATLANT provided full construction services from piling through to decoration.
The result is an amazing family home with 5 bedrooms, a unique look-out snug, wine cellar and games room.
