Construction of 2 new-build houses on the site of an existing semi-detached bungalow block.
The backland site was only accessible through a 1m wide alleyway for all materials and machinery. Therefore the entire GluLam timber structure was fabricated and assembled by hand on site in small sections.
The envelope is clad with a breathable / weather resistant membrane and finished with bespoke profiled timber battens.
ATLANT Construction was appointed as main contractors for the entire building process and internal fit-out, including a significant joinery package completed by our sister company, ATLANT Joinery.
