A Selection of our High End Residential Projects

Lugard Road SE15

A ground floor extension and refurbishment to an end of terrace house.

Through the use of dark bricks and grey render the architect-client has designed a robust and inward-looking extension.

However with a light interior, roof glazing and bi-folding doors the space is bright, seamlessly connecting with the garden.

We also undertook the landscaping work to create a patio with level-threshold and planters.

Beechhill Road SE9

A modern ground floor extension to a semi-detached house.

With a dark grey zinc roof, sliding doors, white render and basalt floor, this extension is a great contrast to the main house.

With careful coordination of all these materials we created a cohesive extension with uninterrupted views / access to the garden.

A series of bespoke sliding doors were also built that allowed the extension to be fully closed from main house.

Burlington Road W4

A full refurbishment and extension of a semi detached Georgian House.

After many years of neglect and use as 5 bedsits, this robust house has been carefully restored and improved to create a single family dwelling that is bright and spacious.

The modern extension to the rear is a contrast to the existing house and creates a connection with the garden and summer house beyond.

Tyers Gate SE1

An internal fit out to an old leather warehouse in Bermondsey.

We provided services to convert an empty shell into a three bedroom family apartment whilst retaining the character of the warehouse.

This project was published as a double-page spread in the Evening Standard as a case study of high-quality refurbishment on a budget.

Lyndhurst Way SE15

A new extension and refurbishment of a Grade II listed Early Victorian house.

Atlant provided services to construct and fit-out the extension, along with a full modernisation of the entire house, including a number of bathrooms.

Our attention to detail was key to the success of this project, in particular the installation of zinc panels which give the extension its unique appearance.

Wilson Grove SE16

This modest extension completely transformed a family home in Bermondsey.

The kitchen now benefits from lots of light and easy access into the garden.

The project also involved some minor internal alteration including the introduction of a new shower room.
